Terms of Service
Last updated
You describe an idea, we help you put a landing page in front of real people and count who raises their hand. You keep everything you create. We charge a monthly or annual subscription and you can cancel it whenever you like.
1. Who we are
Validate Demand (“we”, “us”) operates the service at validatedemand.com. These terms are between you and Validate Demand, 312 White Cap Ln, Newport Coast CA 92657, USA. You can reach us at our contact form.
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What the service does
Validate Demand turns a description of an idea into an offer, generates a landing page for it, publishes that page to a public address, and reports how visitors responded — views, clicks and form submissions — as a validation score.
The pages we generate never take payments from your visitors, and never should. The conversion action is always a form: a waitlist, an access request, a demo booking, a quote request, or a pricing plan a visitor selects. Recording which price someone picks is the signal; charging them is not part of this service.
Pages and offers are produced by third-party AI models. Generated output can be wrong, generic, or unsuitable, and you are responsible for reading what is generated before you publish it.
3. Your account
You need an account to use the console. Keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
One person or organisation per account. Plan limits are per account, and sharing one account to avoid them is not permitted.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Validate Demand to:
- publish anything unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing someone else’s intellectual property;
- impersonate a real company, product or person, or present a page as an offer from someone it is not;
- collect payment details, passwords, government identifiers, or health or financial records through a generated page;
- send unsolicited bulk messages to the people who sign up through your pages;
- inflate your own evidence — a validation score you have manufactured is worth nothing to you and misrepresents the service to others;
- probe, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, and we may take down a published page that does, without notice where the breach is serious.
5. Your content
You own the ideas, offers, page content and contact details you create or collect through Validate Demand. We claim no ownership of them.
You grant us the licence needed to run the service: to store your content, send it to the AI providers that generate pages for you, publish it at the address you choose, and show it back to you in the console. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are responsible for the people who sign up through your pages — you decide what to collect and why, and you are the data controller for those records. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Plans and billing
Free costs nothing and includes 1 active validation, 15 landing-page generations per month, and a small “Built with Validate Demand” badge on published pages. Paid plans are Founder ($29 per month or $290 per year) and Studio ($79 per month or $790 per year). Current limits are on the pricing page.
Payments are handled by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record and reseller for every purchase. Your subscription contract for payment is with Paddle, Paddle’s terms apply to the transaction, and Paddle is responsible for charging you and for tax. We never see or store your card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax Paddle is required to add. If we change our prices, existing subscribers keep their price until their next renewal, and we will tell you before it changes.
Cancel any time from the billing portal, reachable from the Usage page. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
7. Plan limits and what happens at them
Each plan caps active validations, landing-page generations per billing month, and connected custom domains. Only a successful generation counts against your allowance — if the model fails, it costs you nothing.
If you exceed your limits — because you downgraded, cancelled, or a payment failed — nothing you have already published is taken down. Your live pages keep serving and keep collecting evidence. You simply cannot start new validations or generations until you are back within your plan.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
Published landing pages are served from third-party infrastructure. An outage there can take your pages offline through no fault of ours.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Validate Demand measures interest; it does not predict success. A validation score is a summary of how a limited number of visitors behaved on a page you wrote, and nothing more. Business decisions you make from it are yours. We do not guarantee any level of traffic, signups, revenue or outcome.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, however caused.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law.
When an account is closed, its published pages are taken down and its data is deleted on the schedule in the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep first.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and we will tell account holders about material changes by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
