Refund Policy
Last updated
14 days, no argument, on your first payment. Email us and we will refund it. You can also cancel at any time, and there is a free plan you can use for as long as you like before paying anything.
1. You can try it without paying
The Free plan costs nothing and is not time-limited. It includes 1 active validation and 15 landing-page generations a month, which is enough to build a page, publish it, and see real responses. We would rather you used it than paid for something you are not sure about.
2. The refund window
If you are not happy with a paid plan, email our contact form within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not have to give a reason.
This applies to your first payment on a plan, monthly or annual. It is a voluntary policy on top of whatever statutory cancellation rights you have where you live — it does not replace or reduce them.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. If a renewal catches you by surprise, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it and cancel the subscription, provided you have not used the plan meaningfully in that period — for example by generating pages or publishing new validations against the new term.
Outside that window we do not refund partly-used periods. Cancelling stops the next charge; your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
4. How to cancel, and how to ask
To cancel: open the Usage page in your account and choose Manage subscription. That opens Paddle’s billing portal, where you can cancel or change your plan. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current period.
To request a refund: email our contact form from the address on the account, saying which charge you mean. We aim to reply within two business days.
Refunds are issued by Paddle, who process our payments as merchant of record, and go back to the original payment method. Paddle usually completes them within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. When we may decline
We may refuse a refund where:
- the account breached the Terms of Service — for example by publishing something unlawful or deceptive;
- the request is outside the window and the plan has been used through the period being claimed for;
- there is a clear pattern of subscribing, using the paid allowance, and reclaiming the payment.
If we decline, we will tell you why. If you think we have it wrong, reply and a human will look at it again.
6. What happens to your work
A refund ends the paid plan, and the account returns to Free. Nothing you have published is taken down. Your live pages keep serving and keep collecting evidence; you simply cannot start new work beyond the Free limits until you are back within them. Export anything you want to keep from the Users tab before deleting an account.
7. If something is broken
If the service is not doing what this page and the pricing page say it does, that is a fault and not a refund question — tell us and we will fix it, or refund you regardless of the window.
