- What counts as a validation?
- One idea you're testing — its offer, its landing page, and everything measured around it. Deleting a validation frees the slot straight away.
- What is a landing-page generation?
- One press of Generate on the Landing page tab. Only successful generations count against your month — a failed attempt costs you nothing, and you can regenerate as often as your plan allows.
- What happens if I cancel or downgrade?
- Nothing that's live goes dark. Your published pages keep serving and keep collecting evidence. You just can't start new validations or generations until you're back inside your plan's limits.
- Do my landing pages take payments?
- Never. The conversion action is always a form — a waitlist, a demo request, or a pricing plan a visitor picks. Recording which price someone chooses is the signal; charging them would destroy it.
- Can I use my own domain?
- On Founder and Studio, yes — point a subdomain at us with one CNAME record and your pages serve from it with a certificate issued automatically. Free publishes to go.validatedemand.com/your-idea.
- Is there a refund?
- Fourteen days on your first payment, no reason needed. The free plan is untimed, though, so you can see the whole thing work before paying anything.
